Common questions, answered plainly.
If something isn't covered here, just ask — we'd rather answer directly than leave you guessing.
What types of organisations do you work with?
+Businesses, non-profits, faith organisations, and institutions of different sizes — from early-stage founders to established companies. What matters more than size is whether we're a good fit to solve the problem together.
How do projects begin?
+Almost always with a Strategy Session — a conversation to understand your business before we talk about what to build. From there, we follow the Eazify Method™: Discover, Architect, Build, Integrate, Grow.
How long do projects take?
+It depends entirely on scope — a focused website looks different from a custom platform or an AI integration. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand what you actually need.
Do you only work with businesses in Nigeria?
+No. We're based in Abuja, Nigeria, but we've worked with organisations and audiences well beyond it. Distance isn't a barrier to a good working relationship.
Can you work remotely?
+Yes — most of our work happens remotely, with regular calls and updates throughout the project.
Do you provide ongoing support?
+Yes — this is actually core to how we work. We'd rather stay on as a long-term technology partner than disappear the day after launch.
How much do projects cost?
+It depends on scope, complexity, and timeline. We don't quote blind — pricing is discussed openly once we understand the problem you're solving, usually during or shortly after a Strategy Session.
Do you build custom software?
+Yes — internal systems, customer portals, dashboards, and mobile applications, all designed around how your business actually operates.
Do you help with AI adoption?
+Yes — but we start by studying your workflows to find where AI genuinely helps, rather than adding it because it's trending.
Can we start with a Strategy Session?
+That's exactly how we recommend starting. It's a low-pressure way to see whether we're the right partner before anything is agreed.
